- We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- This includes Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and other Emirates.
- Some remote or restricted locations may have limited service or extra time for delivery.
If we are not able to deliver to your address, our team will contact you to discuss options.
3. Delivery Time
- Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days after order confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time is an estimate and can change due to courier delays, weather, traffic or other reasons beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Any shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- If there is any free or discounted shipping offer, it will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Installation Services
- Installation is not included in product prices.
- Installation is an optional, separate service.
- Charges for installation depend on:
- product type,
- location,
- and scope of work.
If you need installation for CCTV, intercom, access control or other systems, you can contact us for a separate quotation and booking.
6. Failed or Missed Delivery
A delivery may fail if:
- no one is available at the address,
- the address or phone number is incorrect, or
- The courier cannot access the building.
In such cases, the courier may try again or contact you.
If the order is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
When you receive your order, please:
- check the outer box for damage, and
- confirm that the items match your order.
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number,
- clear photos or video of the product and packaging,
- and a short description of the issue.
We will review your case and guide you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
